Subscribe, Restock & Save Terms and Conditions | Liht Organics
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Subscribe, Restock & Save programme (“Subscribe, Restock & Save” or the “Programme”) offered by Liht Organics Pte Ltd (“Liht Organics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in the Programme, you agree to these Terms. Your use of our website is also subject to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The Programme is available only to customers in Singapore. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time.
1. Eligibility
To participate in Subscribe, Restock & Save, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age; and
Be a resident of Singapore with a valid delivery address in Singapore.
By enrolling in the Program, you represent and warrant that you meet the above eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and refuse or cancel any subscription if these requirements are not satisfied.
2. What is Subscribe, Restock & Save?
Subscribe, Restock & Save is our auto-replenishment subscription programme that makes it convenient and rewarding to keep your favourite Liht Organics clean beauty products in stock. Depending on your chosen replenishment frequency, you can enjoy benefits such as tiered discounts and free shipping on eligible products.
There is no membership fee to join the Programme.
3. Eligible Products
The Programme is available only for select products (currently Youth Elixir Liquid Foundation, Pore Perfection Primer and Color-Intense Liquid Lipsticks) sold directly by Liht Organics on our website. Eligibility is clearly indicated on the product pages and at checkout. We may add or remove eligible products at any time. Products sold by third parties or on marketplaces are not eligible.
4. Programme Benefits & Frequency
Benefits under Subscribe, Restock & Save, including applicable discount percentages and free shipping eligibility, are determined by your selected replenishment frequency (the interval between scheduled shipments).
Generally, shorter replenishment intervals qualify for higher discounts and free shipping. The exact benefits for each frequency option are clearly displayed during the subscription setup process and at checkout.
You may change your replenishment frequency at any time via your account dashboard, and the updated benefits will apply to future shipments.
5. Programme Limitations
Subscriptions are personal to you and non-transferable.
Promotions or discount codes cannot be combined with Programme subscriptions.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel any subscription or shipment at our sole discretion.
6. Auto-Recurring Subscription, Payment, Billing & Delivery
By enrolling, you authorise us to charge the applicable price (including applicable taxes and any shipping, unless free shipping applies) to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected frequency.
Your subscription continues until you cancel it. We will notify you 14 days in advance of any price changes. You must keep a valid payment method on file. If a payment fails, we will skip the shipment. All charges include applicable Singapore taxes (e.g., GST).
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering a subscription order due to supplier issues, stock shortages, or any events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify you and skip the affected shipment without charging you.
7. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard under “Subscribe, Restock & Save” or “My Subscriptions”.
You will receive a reminder email before each shipment with a deadline to make changes or cancel.
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, you must cancel or adjust before the stated deadline.
You may change frequency, products, quantity, or cancel entirely.
Cancellation is easy and available online anytime. Previously shipped orders are subject to our standard Return Policy.
8. Changes to the Programme or Terms
We may update these Terms, benefits, discounts, or Programme features at any time. Continued participation after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should cancel your subscription.
9. Returns and Refunds
All orders placed through Subscribe, Restock & Save are subject to our standard Return Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
For clarity:
The return window for each subscription shipment begins on the date of delivery of that shipment.
Returning a subscription order does not automatically cancel your subscription, you must separately cancel or adjust your subscription via your account if you no longer wish to receive future shipments.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription if we detect a pattern of excessive returns that suggests abuse of the Program or our Return Policy.

10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your subscription at any time for any reason (including suspected abuse such as reselling products, creating multiple accounts to exploit benefits, sharing subscription access with others, excessive or fraudulent returns, chargeback abuse, or any other activity that violates the personal-use nature of the Program), with notice where reasonably possible. You will only be charged for orders already processed or shipped.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Liht Organics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Programme. Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of purchases made under your subscription in the preceding twelve (12) months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
13. Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. We use it to manage your subscription, process payments, and send service-related communications.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Liht Organics regarding the Programme.
