- Flat rate of AED 19.00 for orders below AED 350.00
- Free delivery for orders AED 350.00 and above

Qatar, Saudi Arabia and International Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery location.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 2:00 PM UTC will be processed the following business day. Please note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through our website or the carrier's site directly.
4. Delivery Issues
In the rare event your package is delayed or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@lihtorganics.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please take photos and email us within 5 days of receiving the product so we can assist with a return or exchange.
