You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a one-time exchange of product. Shipping costs for returned products will be borne by the customer. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges can be made for items of the same value or more. You may top up your purchase amount for exchange with items of a higher value. However, the balance amount will not be refunded for exchanges with items of a lower value.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
